No registered company is identified in this draft. An operational contact and the legally required operator information must be published before real-data or paid-service onboarding. Provider privacy links below are not a substitute for contacting the service operator.
Status and service scope
CRMPanel is a CRM web application connecting customer records, projects, tasks, inventory, offers, team access, reports, and operational invoice and collection records. This document is an evaluation-stage draft, not a finalized subscription contract.
The operator and intended audience have not been finalized. No business-only status, consumer-rights waiver, contracting age, governing country, court, or dispute forum is assumed. A final agreement and any legally required disclosures must be completed before paid-service onboarding.
Accounts and authorized use
Use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. Keep credentials secure, review team permissions, and use available security controls. A workspace administrator's authority must come from the relevant organization; a role in the application does not establish legal authority.
Do not bypass access controls, expose another workspace's records, submit unlawful material, upload malicious files, abuse imports or automation, or disrupt the service. Security testing requires explicit authorization. The final operator must define support, incident reporting, and proportionate suspension and appeal procedures.
Your records and linked workflows
Users and workspace owners retain their rights in the information they provide. A finalized service agreement should authorize only the processing reasonably necessary to host, secure, and deliver the requested service; it should not claim ownership of customer records.
You must have permission to import, upload, link, and share information about other people. Verify field mappings, lookup keys, validation results, and linked customer, project, offer, task, and inventory records. A link or report is not independent verification that source information is accurate. Maintain suitable exports or backups for important business records.
Access to the hosted application is distinct from ownership of the software source code. Any software-asset sale, intellectual-property transfer, deployment assistance, and transition support require a separate written agreement. Personal provider accounts and credentials are not automatically included.
Public demo boundaries
The demo provides a private temporary workspace with sample data for a 30-minute session. Use fictional information only. Bulk imports, uploads, invitations, billing, and administrative functions are restricted. Other limits may protect availability and prevent abuse.
Signing out ends access; ended or expired workspaces are cleaned up in the background. Demo records are not a durable storage service. Cleanup does not mean all hosting logs, security records, or backups are immediately erased. The demo does not promise production availability, permanent access, or retention of your changes.
Pricing and payments
Displayed Starter ($29 per company per month), Professional ($79 per company per month), and Enterprise (custom quote) amounts describe the proposed commercial structure. Displaying prices alone does not activate billing or create a paid subscription.
The payment integration is currently inactive and no verified live payment or payout capability is represented. A Stripe test-mode transaction, if configured later, is not a real charge. Never enter real payment details into a test environment.
Before taking payment, the identified operator must disclose the actual service, taxes, payment schedule, recurring renewal, cancellation effects, refunds, withdrawal rights where applicable, invoice details, and support contact, and provide a reviewed agreement and acceptance flow. None of these are silently waived or replaced by a draft checkbox.
Financial records are not tax services
Invoice records and manual collection tracking are operational CRM features. They are not a certified tax, accounting, fiscal receipt, or e-invoicing solution. The application does not currently implement online payment processing as an activated service. Users must independently verify records and any statutory reporting requirements.
Privacy and processing arrangements
The draft Privacy Policy describes current data flows and missing operational decisions. Reviewing a privacy notice is not consent to unrelated processing. Optional analytics has a separate preference and remains disabled while these notices are drafts.
Real-data use may require a data processing agreement, documented instructions, reviewed subprocessors, international-transfer arrangements, and security commitments. These are not supplied merely by linking to a privacy page. Do not use the evaluation for sensitive or regulated records without a separately assessed and agreed service.
Availability, changes, and ending access
The evaluation may contain defects and may be updated or interrupted. No uptime SLA, support response time, security certification, fitness guarantee, or guaranteed business outcome is offered in this draft. Final service and support commitments must be expressly agreed before paid use.
Access and exports depend on permissions. Main-workspace deletion includes a production grace period and background processing, with separate treatment of logs, backups, and records retained under applicable obligations. A final agreement must describe cancellation, suspension, notice, export opportunities, retention, and account closure clearly.
Legal rights and unresolved terms
This draft does not set an arbitrary liability cap, mandatory arbitration clause, exclusive court, non-refundable payment rule, or waiver of mandatory legal rights. Any warranty limitations, liability allocation, consumer disclosures, and dispute provisions need review for the actual operator, markets, and audience.
A final effective date, identifiable contracting party, operational contact, reviewed service scope, and versioned acceptance process are still required. Continuing to use this draft page does not certify compliance or substitute for a completed agreement.
